Grenn and tell him that you killed them and receive the bounty (if you do this then you won't actually get to fight them) or B: Go to the Restoration Zone, kill them, and then come back once you have the Ebon Hawk.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords is the sequel to the acclaimed Knights of the Old Republic. Batu Rem: Jedi or no, you're the one I am pledged to kill - there is no mistaking that. It’s set in the Star Wars universe five years after the ending of the first game.
